Writing the Specification of Works comprising of detailed design information sufficient for the contractor to suitably price for the works. |
| Tender Stage |
Advice and recommendations on the selection of contractors suitable to undertake the works |
| Distribution of tender documents to contractors for pricing of the works. Analysing /comparing the priced tenders and making recommendations to the Client as to the suitability of tenders received |
| Construction Stage |
Preparing contract documents and acting as contract administrator throughout the completion of the works. |
| Regular site inspections to check upon completed work and ensure compliance with the specification |
| Advise the Client throughout the construction phase on the building progress |
| Issue any required instructions to the contractor. |
| Periodical valuations of construction works completed, assessing variation costings and issuing payment certificates as approhiate. |
| Inspection of the works when deemed to be complete |
